What is a CLEARCAN?+
CLEARCAN is the technical designation used by CRYSTACAN for transparent PET cans. Specifications and documentation also use PET CAN.
Are lids included?+
This depends on the product. Each item states whether you are ordering cans only or a version with lids. Separate aluminium lids and PP covers have their own pack sizes.
Do I order by the piece or by the box?+
You order whole packs. Each product lists its pack size. We show both the price per pack and the equivalent price per piece, excluding VAT.
Does every lid fit every can?+
No. Capacity alone is not enough. The closure size, lid type and machine settings must match. Request a compatibility check if you are unsure.
Can I use these cans for hot or carbonated drinks?+
We cannot make a general statement without product-specific evidence. Include your application, temperature and intended storage period in your enquiry so the relevant documentation can be checked.
How do I enquire about larger volumes?+
Tell us the item, number of packs, destination and timing. We will discuss your requirements and prepare a quote.
What is the delivery time?+
Availability is shown on each product page. We confirm the delivery date for your order. Shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium is free from €375 excluding VAT; below €150 it costs €6.95 and from €150 to €375 it costs €12.95 excluding VAT.
Can I repeat a previous order?+
With a business account you can find previous orders under My orders. Always check the current specification, price and availability before ordering again.
