Enquiries and orders

We use the contact, business and order details you provide to handle your enquiry, prepare a quote and process an order. A personalised CLEARCAN enquiry also includes your format, quantity, design choice, consent and any artwork you upload. Artwork is stored privately and is accessible to authorised administrators.

Cookies and security

Necessary cookies support the shopping cart, language selection and form security. Fonts are hosted locally. Consent to messages about your enquiry is not a newsletter subscription.

Marketing cookies and the Meta pixel

We only load the Meta pixel after you choose ‘Allow marketing’. It measures page and product views, additions to the cart, checkout starts, received enquiries and confirmed paid orders. We use this to evaluate and improve our Facebook and Instagram advertising. Meta receives your IP address, browser and device information, the page URL and event details such as product identifiers and order values. We do not send contact form fields, messages, artwork files or payment details, and do not use automatic advanced matching.

Meta Platforms Ireland Limited processes this information under the Meta Privacy Policy, including processing outside the European Economic Area. Marketing cookies such as _fbp and, where applicable, _fbc support advertising measurement. Our code enables these only after consent; Meta determines their lifespan. We remember your cookie choice in your browser for 180 days.

You can refuse marketing and continue using the shop. Use ‘Cookie settings’ to withdraw consent at any time. Our measurement code then stops and deletes accessible Meta cookies for this domain. Previously transmitted information is not automatically deleted; contact info@crystacan.com for requests.

Google Analytics and Google Ads

With statistics consent, Google Analytics measures visits, products, cart actions, received enquiries and paid orders. Purchase values exclude tax and shipping, which are recorded separately. With statistics and marketing consent, advertising click information is also used for Google Ads conversion measurement. Google receives technical browser information, a cleaned page URL and event data. We do not send contact form contents, payment details or artwork. Ad personalisation, Google Signals and enhanced conversions using contact data are disabled.

Our Google measurement cookies are configured for up to 180 days; Google may also use advertising measurement cookies after marketing consent. We remember your choice for up to 180 days. Cookie settings allow necessary cookies only, statistics only, or statistics and marketing. Withdrawal stops new measurement and removes accessible Google measurement cookies for this domain. Google processes data under its privacy policy, potentially outside the EEA. Withdrawal does not automatically remove previously transmitted data; contact info@crystacan.com for requests.
